Penny C. Kaiser Graduates from The College of St. Scholastica

Penny C. Kaiser of Apple Valley graduated from The College of St. Scholastica on May 10 in a commencement ceremony at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Kaiser graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.

St. Scholastica's combined baccalaureate, master's and doctoral ceremony had 837 candidates for graduation.
