Emily Foyt of Fargo a Student Senator at The College of St. Scholastica

Emily Foyt, child of Brenda and Brad Rosten, from Fargo, ND has been elected a Student Senator for the 2011-2012 term.

Foyt is a Junior majoring in Ancient Civilizations. As a member of The College of St. Scholastica's Student Senate Foyt is the Sudent Activites Committee Chair.

The Student Senate is responsible for allocating student funds, planning events on campus, and being representatives for the student body.

The College of St. Scholastica is regularly recognized as one of the finest colleges in the Midwest. The 2012 "America's Best Colleges" survey by U.S. News & World Report magazine ranks St. Scholastica in the top tier of Midwestern universities.
